MASSIVE INVENTORY

You will not find a larger and more diverse inventory of electric motors and industrial pumps anywhere. When it comes to vertical induction motors, there is no need to look any further. Our facility is located on 10 acres which is home to our over 2 million horsepower worth of electric motors and thousands of large vertical and horizontal pumps. Obsolescence issues? No problem! Our fully equipped manufacturing facility along with our unique engineering and design capabilities allow us to provide you with a drop-in replacement every time. Our CNC laser machine allows us to make brand new internal components which leaves you with a virtually new machine in the exact frame you required.  If you’re in a bind, and need something in a hurry, look no further. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY

Complemented perfectly by our engineering and design capabilities is our 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Our unique manufacturing process which begins with a three dimensional rendering of our product provides for a reduction of error and a higher quality output. We utilize the latest in cutting edge technology to make processes more efficient and product quality second to none. Evaluating systems, 3D modeling, Finite Element Analysis, and prototyping are only a few of the services we offer. Our software encompasses various multi-physics platforms including statics, dynamics, flux, heat transfer, and computational computational fluid dynamics. Our powerful tools enable us to evaluate both steady state and transient scenarios to provide reasonable assurance to our team and to our customers.

MANUFACTURING & QUALITY

Our facility is complete with vacuum pressure impregnation tanks, a fully loaded manual machine shop, clean winding room, baking and burnout ovens, and a variety of rolling stock with a maximum capability of 120,000 lbs. With our Trumpf Trumatic 3200 Plus laser CNC machine, we have the ability to easily design and program our own lamination’s, junction boxes, base plates, air boxes and much more. With our manufacturing and engineering capabilities, we have created our own custom made electric motors from paper to application.

Our unique abilities in manufacturing, engineering and vast inventory give us a huge advantage in repair work as well. There is not a problem we have not seen in the industry either in the field, on paper or in our yard. It is our goal to bridge the gap between repair and manufacturing by applying the same techniques across the board.

We are a certified ISO 9001:2015 company, and our quality management system documents are available by request. Please contact us today for more information.

Through our many years of providing re-manufactured equipment to the process industry, we have accumulated a vast library of drawings and designs which assist us in research and development. Now, with the aid of cutting edge technology, we are able do completely design and manufacture our own large electric motors from scratch optimizing performance and reliability.

OFFLINE AND ONLINE TESTING

We are proud to offer the latest and greatest in offline and online testing capabilities. Every motor that leaves our facility is provided with a complete battery of tests in compliance with IEEE standards. Machines provided with a warranty are also provided with a complete test package inclusive of performance characteristics, starting curves and thermal limit curves. We continuously seek newer and better ways to provide you with the best possible product. Our offline dielectric testing capabilities are inclusive of AWA12 winding analysis via polarization index, D.C. Hipot, and Surge Comparison carried out to their appropriate IEEE specifications. We have also incorporated VLF (Very Low Frequency) A.C. withstand and power factor tip up testing for medium and high voltage insulation systems.

Our test stand is custom built by our team of in house engineers and is designed to carry out a numerous tests in IEEE std. 112 including no load saturation, loss segregation, low frequency impedance testing, locked rotor testing, acceleration testing, vibration analysis, and temperature testing. We are currently able to perform heat runs by direct loading, superimposed frequency and forward short circuit methods. We also specialize in electric motor calibration. If at any time you have a question regarding electric motor testing, our engineering staff is ready to assist you at any time.
